This session helped me shift my thinking of a website as a means of encouraging a client to contact me to they already have contacted me by visiting—provide meaningful content and give them clear next steps to do more.

I was feeling unsure about my website. I had made a transition from writing for anyone and everyone (no niche) to focusing on nonprofits (niche). But that wasn't reflected in my website.
